摘    要:为研究藕鳖共作对藕田水环境以及鳖、藕生长性能的影响,2019年6—10月定期监测鳖单作、藕鳖共作和藕单作池塘的水体理化指标、浮游动植物种类和数量。结果表明,相对于鳖单作,藕鳖共作能显著降低水体中的氨氮和化学需氧量浓度。3种模式水体中的浮游动植物种类数和多样性指数无显著性差异。浮游动物优势种群均归属于原生动物、轮虫和桡足类;鳖单作和藕单作水体的浮游植物优势种群以绿藻和蓝藻为主,藕鳖共作模式优势种群归属于绿藻、硅藻、蓝藻和裸藻门。相较于鳖单作,藕鳖共作模式中,中华鳖成活率和特定生长率分别增加23.29%和1.59%,饲料转化率降低17.92%;相对于藕单作,藕鳖共作模式中,百粒莲子重和莲蓬数量分别提高9.76%和7.23%。

Abstract:To study the impact of integrated lotus-soft shelled turtle system on the water quality and the growth properties of lotus and soft shelled turtle, water quality, species and quantity of zooplankton and phytoplankton in the soft shelled turtle monoculture system, lotus-soft shelled turtle coculture system and lotus monoculture system were investigated monthly from Jun to October, 2019. The results showed that the concentrations of ammonia and COD significantly decreased under the integrated lotus-soft shelled turtle system compared with soft shelled turtle monoculture system. The species and diversity indices of zooplankton and phytoplankton did not differ among the three systems significantly. The protozoan, rotifer and copepods were the dominated zooplanktons species in the three systems. For the monoculture system, species of green algae and blue-green algae mainly dominated the phytoplankton populations, while green algae, diatom blue-green algae and euglena dominated the phytoplankton populations in the integrated system. The survival rate and specific growth rate in the integrated system increased by 23.29% and 1.59%, respectively. In the meanwhile, the FCR was 17.92% lower than the soft shelled turtle monoculture. Compared with those of the system of lotus monoculture, 100-grain weight and the number of lotus seedpods of the integrated system were increased by 9.76% and 7.23%.
