机插水稻不同种子处理方式对稻纵卷叶螟的控制效果

摘    要:为筛选适宜江苏丘陵稻区旱育机插条件下长效控制稻纵卷叶螟的种子处理方式,以机插为前提条件,采用20%氯虫苯甲酰胺(CAP)悬浮剂浸种、清水浸种后药剂拌种(湿拌)及干籽拌种(干拌)3种方式处理种子,比较其对水稻的保叶效果和对稻纵卷叶螟的杀虫效果,并结合赶蛾数据分析当年稻纵卷叶螟发生情况。结果表明,3种处理方式对稻纵卷叶螟均具有一定的防治效果,在相同用量条件下,对水稻的保叶效果和对稻纵卷叶螟的杀虫效果均为干拌≥湿拌>浸种处理。在江苏丘陵地区稻纵卷叶螟第3代偏轻至中等发生、第4代中等偏重发生条件下,利用CAP有效用量2.0g/kg浸种处理种子、1.0g/kg湿拌和干拌处理种子均可达到90%以上的保叶和杀虫效果,有效控制时长达111d以上。结合农药利用率及成本因素,在江苏丘陵地区可利用CAP有效用量1.0g/kg拌种,湿拌或干拌种子可预防水稻生长前期偏轻发生、后期中等偏重发生的稻纵卷叶螟,有效减少田间白叶率、活虫数及田间稻纵卷叶螟防治次数。

Abstract:In order to screen suitable seed treatments for long-term control of the rice leaf folder under machine-planting condition in hilly rice area in Jiangsu province, under machine-planting condition, the leaf preservation effect and insecticidal effect of three chlorantraniliprole (CAP) seed treatments (seed soaking with CAP, dressed with CAP after soaking in water and dressed with CAP directly) were compared. Combined with the moth-driving data, the occurrence of the rice leaf folder was analyzed. The results showed that three seed treatment methods had certain control effects on the rice leaf folder. Under the same dosage conditions, the leaf protection effect on rice and the insecticidal effect to rice leaf folder were dry mixing treatment ≥ wet mixing treatment > seed soaking treatment. When the third generation rice leaf folder was mild to moderate occurrence and the fourth was moderately severe occurrence in Jiangsu province, we used effective dosage of CAP 2.0g/kg under soaking treatment, or 1.0g/kg seeds under dry and wet mixing treatments could achieve more than 90% leaf protection and insecticidal effects, which could last more than 111 days. Combining pesticide utilization and cost factors, seed soaked with water after treated with CAP or seed treated with CAP directly can be used to prevent the early occurrence of lighter and moderately heavy occurrence of rice leaf folder in hilly areas of Jiangsu, which can effectively reduce the white leaf rate and the number of insects in the field, and reduce the frequency of control of the rice leaf folder.
