水稻蛋白质的研究热点可视化分析

摘    要:为给水稻蛋白质后续的相关研究提供当下此领域研究现状及研究热点等相关信息,以2018—2020年Web of Science的核心合集数据库中以“rice protein”为主题的相关文献为数据基础,使用文献计量学及可视化分析图谱Citespace等分析方法,对相关文献数据从2018—2020年国家发文量、机构发文量、机构合作共现、高频关键词等层次进行数据可视化分析及热点预测。研究表明,2018—2020年水稻蛋白质领域国家发文量排名前5位的国家为中国、美国、印度、日本、韩国;研究水稻蛋白质的高发文量机构均来自中国,发文量第一机构为中国科学院,与其他机构合作较为密切的机构为国际水稻研究所、美国康奈尔大学、美国加州大学戴维斯分校;2018—2020年间水稻蛋白质领域Wang J发文量最多,为105篇,其次是Zhang Y、Wang Y、Li Y,且作者间合作交流仍存在一定进步空间;当下水稻蛋白质领域的研究热点主要为水稻中调控抗逆性等生理性能的蛋白质组学的分析及基因改造,且未来可能还将以水稻蛋白质的积累与产出、相关基因的优化改造等方向为相关领域研究热点。

Abstract:This article aims to provide relevant information about the current research status and hotspots in the field of rice protein. Based on relevant literature on the theme of ‘rice protein’ in the core database of Web of Science from 2018 to 2020, we studied the number of articles, institutions, institutional cooperation co-occurrence, high-frequency keywords by using the bibliometrics method and visual analysis software Citespace. The results show that the top 5 countries in the research field of rice protein from 2018 to 2020 are China, the United States, India, Japan, and South Korea; institutions with high numbers of publishing articles are all from China, and the Chinese Academy of Sciences ranks the first in publishing article numbers; the institutions that cooperate closely with other institutions are the International Rice Research Institute, Cornell University, and the University of California, Davis; Wang J publishes the most papers in the field of rice protein during 2018-2020, with 105 articles, followed by Zhang Y, Wang Y and Li Y, and there is still room for cooperation and exchanges among the authors; the current research hotspots in the field of rice protein are mainly proteomics analysis and genetic modification that regulate physiological properties such as stress resistance, and in the future, it is possible that the accumulation and output of rice protein, and the optimization of related genes will be the research hotspots in related fields.
