摘    要:水稻+龙虾是稻渔综合种养的一种典型模式,在推进种植结构调整和提高稻田复合收益上作用明显。结合生产调研和查阅文献,分析了水稻+龙虾综合种养模式的经济、社会、生态效益,阐述了存在的主要技术问题,并根据试验示范和生产实践,提出了稻田全程养殖龙虾、5—6月捕捞一季的水稻+龙虾综合种养模式稻田选择、田间工程、苗种放养前准备工作、苗种放养、饲养管理、成虾捕捞、水稻栽培管理、水稻收后田间管护等绿色高效技术规范,以期为发展水稻+龙虾综合种养模式提供技术参考。

Abstract:The rice-crayfish farming mode is a typical kind of integrated rice-aquatic animal farming mode, which has played an important role in promoting the adjustment of agricultural structure and increasing the compound income of paddy field. On the basis of production and literature research, this paper analyzed the economic, social and ecological benefits of integrated rice-crayfish farming mode, and expounded its main technical problems. Based on the experimental demonstration and production practice, the green and efficient technical specifications for integrated rice-crayfish farming mode were put forward, including rice field selection, field works, preparations, juvenile crayfish releasing, raising management, adult crayfish catching, rice cultivation and field management after rice harvest, for the co-cultured of rice-crayfish during the whole course and catching crayfish only one season from May to June. The purpose of this paper is to provide technical references for the development of integrated rice-crayfish farming mode.
