小鹅瘟地方株的分离鉴定及致病力试验

摘    要:通过对当地鹅场发生的小鹅瘟疑似病例的病变肝脏进行病毒分离,将具有病变的肝脏加hanks液进行研磨后,低温反复冻融3次,除菌过滤后接种12日龄的鹅胚。收集死亡鹅胚的尿囊液,初步分离出鹅细小病毒,经电镜观察、琼脂扩散试验、血清保护试验鉴定为鹅细小病毒。动物回归试验表明,该病毒的潜伏期为5d,病程为1~3d,病死率达100%,对雏鹅半数致死量(LD50)为0.1mL 10-4.5稀释的病毒液。

Abstract:A strain GPV was isolated successfully in the case of GPD. It was determined to be a goose parvovirus by VN, AGP tests. The results of regressive tests of GPV isolated strain showed that latent period was 5 days, lasting 1-3 days after infected, and lethal rate was 100%. LDso of the GPV was 0.1mL 10^-45 diluted virus liqued.
