| 摘 要： | 目的]体外分离、培养奶牛乳腺成体干细胞（mammary stem cells,MaSCs）,研究其生物学特性并对其进行扩增和鉴定。方法]用贴壁筛选法纯化牛MaSCs,传代扩增,测定生长曲线并进行细胞核型分析。结果]通过体外分离培养获得纯度较高的MaSCs,观察到MaSCs的生物学特性,细胞具有正常核型,分离得到的细胞确实为比较原始的干细胞。结论]成功地建立了一种分离培养牛MaSCs的方法,分析MaSCs的生物学特性,为进一步深入研究MaSCs的诱导分化及其在乳腺生物反应器中的应用打下基础。
