| 摘 要： | 晋中市是山西省主要农区，稳步提高农民收入是发展农业和农村经济的出发点和归宿。千方百计地增加农民收入是近期和今后农业与农村经济工作的中心任务。通过走访农户、与基层干部座谈和听取市、县两级汇报等形式，对晋中市农民增收问题进行专题调研，研究分析了晋中市农民收入现状及增长缓慢的制约因素，在此基础上，提出了积极调整和优化农业和农村经济结构，加快发展农村二、三产业，拓宽农民增收渠道以及加强农民职业技能培训等促进农民增收的对策。

| Abstract: | Jinzhong is the main agricultural region of Shaanxi province. Increasing the farmers' income is the final purpose of developing agriculture and rural economy. It is the central task to increase the fanners' income by all possible means. The issue of increasing the farmers' income was investigated in the paper by visiting farmers, discussing with grass-roots cadres, listening to the reports made by the leaders of the country and city, analyzing the status quo and the restricted factors, and so on. On this basis, some countermeasures of increasing the farmers' income were put forward, such as, adjusting and optimizing the structure of agriculture and rural economy, accelerating the development of the second and the third industry, enlarging the ways of increasing the farmers' income and strengthening the farmers' professional skill and training. |
