摘    要:目的]为了研究土壤性状对野马追矿质元素含量与药理活性的影响。方法]通过测定了野马追种植大田内土壤的pH值及其微量元素的含量,分析了野马追不同采收期各部位的微量元素含量以及其与药理活性间的相关性。结果]结果表明:野马追原产地土壤pH偏酸性,为5.617~5.883;土壤中重金属含量达到国家一级土壤环境标准;野马追中含有丰富的微量元素,以K、Ca、Mg为主,其次为FeS、r、Zn、Cu,而对生物体有害的As、Cd、Pb、Hg等重金属则未检出。结论]野马追的幼嫩茎叶中微量元素的含量最高,表明野马追的幼嫩茎叶具有较高的研究和开发价值。

Abstract:Objective] The study investigated the effects of soil properties on mineral elements content and pharmacological activity in Eupatorium lindleyanum DC were studied. Method] The trace element contents of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC in different parts in different harvest periods and their correlation to their pharmacological activities were analyzed by determining the pH value and trace element contents of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC in planting field. Result] The origin soil grown Eupatorium lindleyanum DC was weak acidic, with the pH value of 5.617 - 5.883. The heavy metal contents in the soil had reached to the soil environmental standard of Natioal First Grade. Eupatorium lindleyanum DC contained rich trace elements, in which K, Ca, and Mg were the main elements, followed by Fe, Sr, Zn and Cu. While some harmful heavy metal for organism, such as CA, Pb and Hg, were not detected. Conclusion] The young stems and leaves of Eupatorium lindleyanum DC had the highest content of trace elements, indicating that it had high research and development value.
