摘    要:为了了解同一猪场不同来源具相同耐药谱的11株大肠杆菌之间的同源性,以探讨其耐药流行机制,用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)对同一猪场不同来源具相同耐药谱的大肠杆菌做染色体DNA分型.结果发现分别来自小猪和环境的2株大肠杆菌通过PFGE分型,属于同一个亚型.初步认为不同来源的大肠杆菌来自不同克隆系,同时在动物环境之间可能存在着耐药性的克隆传播.结果表明,PFGE可作为耐药性流行病学调查的一种研究方法.

Abstract:To study the correlation of strains of Escherichia coli with the same resistant spectrums isolated from different places of one pig industry, and to obtain the knowledge about the molecular epidemiology of resistance. The pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) was applied to chrosome DNA types of the E.coli with the same resistant spectrums isolated from different places of one pig industry. 2 strains of 6 multi-resistant E.coli were classified into the same subtype, which were from pig and environment respectively. There exists different clone of E.coli in different places, which also empresses PFGE can be used as a method to study the molecular epidemiology of resistance.
