小麦赤霉病与抗病育种若干问题的探讨

摘    要:论述了小麦赤霉病的抗侵染性和抗扩展性的强弱和组配 ,及对小麦赤霉病抗性的影响。中抗侵染和强抗扩展的品种为较好的抗性 ,其对赤霉病可以保持较稳定的抗性。小麦赤霉病一般属于多基因效应 ,两个不抗赤霉病的小麦品种都含有抗赤霉病的微效性基因 ,则可以通过杂交累加或重组 ,选出抗病的品种 ,带有抗赤霉病微效抗性基因的品种 ,采用系统选择或辐射的方法 ,亦可以选出抗赤霉病能力较强的品种。本文最后还提出抗赤霉病育种的对策。

Abstract:A discussion is made on the disease resistance to infection and expansion of wheat scab,which affects wheat scab resistance. A wheat variety both with medium resistance to infection and high resistance to expansion may have better performance in resistance to scab,and this resistance can remain stable.Wheat scab resistance commonly belongs to polygene effect,thus new wheat varieties with resistance can be bred by accumulating and recombining of minor effect genes of resistance to scab through cross breeding and system selection or radiation method. The strategy of breeding for resistance to scab is also suggested in this paper.
