草莓病毒病研究进展

摘    要:综述了草莓皱缩病毒(SCV)、草莓斑驳病毒(SMV)、草莓镶脉病毒(SVBV)、草莓轻型黄边伴随病毒(SMYEaV)、草莓轻型黄边病毒(SMYEV)和草莓潜隐环斑病毒(SLRSV)等6种主要草莓病毒的分类地位、地理分布、传播途径、理化及分子生物学特性,介绍了23种草莓病毒病检测方法、控制手段。应用指示植物小叶嫁接法检测草莓病毒病仍是特异、灵敏的标准方法,但更快捷、准确、灵敏的血清学检测(ELISA)和分子生物学检测(PCR)近年来取得了很大进展。目前,草莓病毒病的控制方法主要有培育无病毒苗木、选育抗蚜虫、抗病毒品种和应用转基因技术获得抗病毒植株。

Abstract:In this paper,the progresses and trends of strawberry virus resea rc h are reviewed.The origin of strawberry virus has many kinds,such as strawberr y mottle virus(SMV),strawberry vein banding virus(SVBV),strawberry crinkle virus(SCV),strawberry latent ringspot virus(SLRSV),strawberry mild yello w edge-associated virus(SMYEaV),strawberry mild yellow edge virus(SMYEV)an d so on;their geographical distribution,transmission,physical and biochemical and molecular biological properties are summarized.At present ,3kinds of maj or detection methods,including leaflet graft bioassay,sero-logical and molecu lar biological test are used in detecting virus and virus-like diseases of stra wberry.Leaflet graft bioassay procedure,utilizing specialized,sensitive Fraga ria clones,is the mostly effective method for detecting many of these pathogens ,but ELISA test and polymerase chain reaction(PCR)assay are more rapid,accu rate and sensitive.Great progress has been made toward development of serologi cal and biochemical probes that will detect strawberry cultivars.Control proce-dures can be grouped into three categories:1)virus elimination,2)vector control and use of cultivars that are vector-resistant ,virus-resistant ,or virus-tolerant ,3)transgenic virus resistance.Up to now,strawberry plants were only transformed with the coat protein gene from strawberry mild yellow edg e virus to confer resistance to the associated disease.Therefore,studies on st rawberry virus need to be extended.
