玉米不同耐旱性品种根系构型和动态建成研究

摘    要:以不同耐旱性玉米为试验材料,利用根箱冲洗根系的方法进行取材,研究并比较不同耐旱性玉米根系在黑土中的构型分布和动态建成。结果表明:在整个生育期内,耐旱品种较不耐旱品种根系干重大,根系相对发达;耐旱品种玉米根系在水平方向和垂直方向上的分布广,平均单株占有空间大,深层土壤中的根干重以及深层土壤中的根重占总根重的比率大,深层根系优势明显。

Abstract:The studies were conducted in combining the field cultivation and rhizobox culture and the roots were collected by digging in field and rinsing the rhizobox.The distributing pattern and construction of root system among maize genotypes,which had different tolerance to drought and cultivated in phaeozem were studied and compared.The main results were as follows: during the whole growth seasons,the drought-tolerant maize lines had larger root system with deeper taproot compared with non-drought-tolerant line;and the roots distributed wider than the non-drought-tolerant line in horizontal and vertical direction,and the average individual plant occupied bigger space,the dry weight of deep root system and the ratio to total weight was larger,the deep root was predominant.
