穿流干燥试验装置自动控制系统的研制

摘    要:为了优化干燥工艺和提高干燥产品品质,根据热风穿流干燥的原理,采用模块化设计,以智能仪表、可编程控制器、计算机为主控件,研制了穿流干燥试验装置的控制系统。该系统对风量、温度、时间进行控制,使试验装置可对多种物料在多种工艺条件下进行工艺参数的优化研究。试验证明:该控制系统控制精度高、自动化程度高、适应性强、模拟性好、控制可靠,适用于对农副产品进行干燥研究试验。

Abstract:In order to optimize the drying technique and provide the quality-control system with theoretical data, based on hot air cross-flow drying principle, the auto-control system for cross-flow drying test equipment was manufactured, using modularized designing, and intelligent instruments such as programmable controller and computer as main controller. The system can be used to control airflow rate, temperature and time. It can be used to optimize the technical parameters of the drying technology with various materials in the test equipment. It was proved that the auto-control system is good at high level of precision, automatization, adaptability, simulation, credibility, and it is suitable for drying experimental research for agricultural byproducts.
