摘    要:采用湿法消解处理大米样品、磷酸氢二铵为基体改进剂、石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定大米中镉的含量,实验确定了最佳基体改进剂浓度为2%,最佳灰化温度为400℃。此方法的线性范围为0~5.0μg/L(R=0.999 6),加标回收率为96.1%~101.7%,RSD为2.44%~3.98%(n=4)。该方法准确度和精密度高,可为宁夏大米的检测认证提供数据。

Determination of Cadmium in Rice by GF-AAS

Abstract:The wet digestion was used in processing of rice samples, ammonium dibasic phosphate was used as the substrate modifier agent and then the GF-AAS was used to measure the content of cadmium in rice. It was determined by the exper-iment that the optimal substrate modifier agent concentration should be 2% and the best ashing temperature should be 400℃. The linear range of the method was 0-5.0 μg/L( =0.999 6), the recovery of standard addition was 96.1%~101.7% and the RSD was 2.44%~3.98%( =4). The degree of accuracy and precision of this method is high and it can provide data for determination of cadmium in Ningxia rice.
