| 摘 要： | 在农业机械化发展过程中，农机教育培训是推动农机服务跨越式发展的重要手段。作为农机教育培训部门，要坚持为大农业服务的观念。农机校生源困难、农机驾驶操作人员科技素质较低、农机教育培训经费投入不足等问题严重影响农机培训工作的进行。在新的形势下，农机教育培训要抓住发展机遇，更新观念，深化改革，不断提高教学培训质量，推进农机培训教育事业。

| Abstract: | In the development process of a gricuhural mechanization,the agricultural machinery education training is an important means to promote agricultural machinery services development,as agricultural education and training sector, need to adhere to the concept of large agricultural services.Agricultural mechanization training is affected by students source,operators with lower science and technology quality,lack funding.In the new situation ,the agricultural education training should seize the development opportunities ,Update ideas ,deepen reform, improve the quality of teaching training continuously ,promote agricultural mechanization training education. |
