摘    要:利用火焰原子吸收光谱法,测定了非洲紫罗兰红色、白色和蓝色叶片与花瓣中Na、Mg、K、Ca、Fe和Cu六种金属元素的含量,实验回收率为98.36%~103.13%,相关系数为0.9929至O.9997。实验结果表明:在3种花色品种中,Ca与Fe在叶片中的含量多于花瓣;而Cu则相反,在叶片中的含量低于花瓣;Na在白色和红色...

Abstract:The flame automatic absorption spectro photometry was used in the experiment to determine the contents of six metal elements ofNa, Mg, K, Ca, Fe and Cu in leaves and petals from the three different color cultivars ofSaintpantia ionantha. The test recovery rates are between 98.36 % and 103.13 %. The correlation coefficients are between 0.992 9 and 0.999 7. The results are as follow. In the three flower color cultivars, the content of Ca and Fe is higher in leaves than that in petals. On the contrary, the content of Cu is lower in leaves than that in petals, the content of Na is higher in leaves than that in petals in white and red cultivars and contrarily in blue cultivars, the content of K is lower in leaves than that in petals in white and red cultivars and contrarily in blue cultivars, and the content of Mg is lower in leaves than that in petals in white and blue cultivars and contrarily in red cultivars.
