不同浓度赤霉素和适乐时处理对茄子种子萌发的影响

摘    要:利用不同浓度的赤霉素和适乐时处理茄子种子,结果表明,浓度为200mg·L-1的赤霉素溶液对茄子种子萌发具有很好的促进作用,每100kg茄子种子加入适乐时有效成分19~24g之间对杂菌具有较好的抑制作用,且不影响种子萌发。经过赤霉素和适乐时处理的茄子种子,播种后出苗整齐,成苗率比对照提高了27.1%。

Abstract:This paper studied the effect of different concentration gibberellins and celest on the eggplant seeds germination and plantlet forming.The results showed that the most appropriate gibberellins concentration was 200 mg·L-1,19~24 g·100 kg-1 effective conentration of celest had a better sterilization for the eggplant seeds.After treatment with gibberellins and celest,seedling tidy,plantlet forming rate increased 27.1% than comparision.
