| 摘 要： | 针对近年来土地复垦难的问题，在编制了万隆硅砂矿的土地复垦方案的基础上，运用经济学原理对彰武县万隆硅砂矿土地复垦方案的经济价值进行了详细的分析，依照土地复垦方向的不同，分别计算了各复垦单元的直接经济效益和间接经济效益，并利用复垦项目的效益费用比和静态投资回收期，评价了土地复垦规划方案的合理性。结果表明:万隆硅砂矿土地复垦方案的投资回收期为2.13 a，即在土地复垦后第二年末即可收回全部成本并有部分结余。土地复垦方案的效益费用比为2.5，远远大于1，说明该矿土地复垦方案是合理的。万隆硅砂矿土地复垦方案的环境效益、生态效益和社会效益巨大，其长远经济效益是不可估量的。
