黄伞菌株拮抗试验与酯酶同工酶分析

摘    要:采用酯酶同工酶技术和拮抗试验对11个黄伞菌株进行遗传多样性分析,结果表明:酯酶同工酶可将菌株在相似系数0.76水平上划分为3个类群,同工酶分析结果与拮抗反应结论基本一致,证明两种分析方法可作为黄伞分类鉴定的依据。

Abstract:The antagonistic test and esterase isoenzyme analysis were used to study Pholiota adipose strains. The results showed that the strains were classified into 3 groups with GS 0.76. Comparing with the results, we found that the cluster analysis and antagonistic test were in accordance with each other. The study indicated that antagonistic effect and esterase isoenzyme analysis were effective in identification of Pholiota adipose strains.
