杨梅花芽生理分化期叶片碳水化合物含量变化研究

摘    要:以杨梅芽和叶片为试材,研究杨梅花芽生理分化期碳水化合物含量的变化。结果表明,杨梅花芽生理分化期叶片可溶性糖和蔗糖含量先升高后降低;花芽生理分化开始前可溶性糖含量与花芽分化率的相关系数较大;淀粉含量的高低可能不是成花的决定性因素。

Abstract:The leaves and buds of 'Dongkui' waxberry trees were used to study the changes in carbohydrate content at the flower-bud physiological differentiation stage.The results showed that the contents of soluble sugar and sucrose increased at the beginning of flower-bud physiological differentiation,and then decreased.The soluble sugar content before flower-bud physiological differentiation had a maximal correlation with the percentage of flower-bud differentiation.The content of starch was not a deciding factor i...
