| 摘 要： | 随着经济的不断发展，农业生态环境的恶化也日趋严重，并逐渐成为当前遏制农业可持续发展的重要因素之一。同时，“入世”后对我国的农业和农产品市场将会产生重大的影响，正面影响与负面影响同时存在，机遇与挑战并存。如何实现农业的可持续发展，进而推进整个经济的快速发展，已经成为我们目前工作迫切需要解决的课题。
