抗结核植物疫苗的研究进展

摘    要:结核病是由结核分支杆菌引起的一种人畜共患慢性传染病,对动物和人危害极大。卡介苗(BCG)是当前预防结核病的唯一商品化疫苗,在其应用的50余年取得了一定的防治效果,但总体的有效防治率只有50%。结核杆菌分泌蛋白作为亚单位疫苗,具有良好的免疫原性,可以诱发机体产生抗结核的免疫保护。而植物疫苗作为一种新型疫苗,和其它疫苗相比具有廉价、无副作用、可大规模生产等优点。转基因植物生产疫苗具有很大的优势:一方面植物作为生物反应器能有效的进行翻译后加工;另一方面,利用植物生产疫苗蛋白成本低、易口服、安全性好。转基因植物只表达组分疫苗,不含致病微生物或潜在的致病微生物,对人畜安全,所以由植物表达结核杆菌分泌蛋白,有可能发展成为抗结核的转基因植物疫苗。

Abstract:Tuberculosis is the chronic infection and can contaminate human across communication between mankind and livestock.BCG is currently only commoditied vaccine preventing tuberculosis,effective prevention and cure rate is only 50% though BCG has some prevention and its cure effect has been for 50 years.Tuberculosis Mycobactcrium secreted proteins as subunit vaccine has good immunogenicity,which can induce anti-tuberculosis immunocompetence.Meanwhile plant vaccine is cheap,no side-effect and mass production.Vaccine production by transgenic plants have many advantages: firstly Looking the plants on as biology reactor can have effective process after translation;Secondly,low cost,easy to take orally,good security.Transgenic plants only express group vaccine and on microorganism causing disease or potential microorganism,which is safe to mankind and livestock,so tuberculosis Mycobactcrium secreted proteins expressed by plants will develop antituberculosis Transgenic plants vaccine.
