低能氮离子注入三色堇、角堇种子的生物学效应

摘    要:本试验设置5个不同剂量低能氮离子注入三色堇、角堇干燥种子,研究观测低能氮离子对三色堇、角堇种子发芽生长及开花的影响.结果表明,当剂量达到2000×2.5×1013 ion/cm2时,三色堇种子发芽率明显低于对照,角堇种子发芽率略低于对照;发现4个三色堇变异株和2个角堇变异株,在花色、花径、株形等生物学性状上表现出变异.

Abstract:Biological effects of Viola Tricolor and Viola Cornuta after ion beam implantation of low energy N+ were studied.The results as follows: when the dose was increased to 2000×2.5×1013 ion/cm2,the germination rate of Viola Tricolor seed decreased significantly,while the germination rate of Viola Cornuta seed decreased slightly.Four variant plant of Viola Tricolor and two of Viola Cornuta were obtained.The variability showed on the biological characteristics such as flower color,flower diameter and plant type.
