摘    要:研究了不同浓度NaCl胁迫下对白三叶茎SOD和MDA的影响.结果表明:随着NaCl胁迫浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,SOD活性呈现先上升后下降的趋势.随着胁迫浓度的增加和胁迫时间的延长,抗氧化酶活性降低,细胞膜受害严重,丙二醛含量升高,在200 mmol/L胁迫下达最大值,随后逐渐下降.

Abstract:Trifolium repen seedlings with 5 to 6 leaves were cultured under different NaCl concentration to study the effectson SOD activity and MDA content of their stems.The results showed that the SOD activity first raised and then decreased with increase of NaCl concentration and treatment time,and MDA content reached the maximum value when NaCl concentration was 200 mmol/L and then gradually decrease with increase of NaCl concentration and treatment time.
