Abstract:Using polima rape ( Brassica napus L. ) as sterile cytoplasm offerer and Chinese cabbage as its accepter,the alloplasmic male line CMS34117 in Chinese cabbage have been obtained by interspecific cross and continued back-cross with chinese cabbage 3411-7, and have been used in breeding hybrid Fl. Two hybrids Fl Zal3 and Zal4 with good economic characters have been spread 1000 ha, more. At the same time, the relationship of maintenance and restoration of CMS3411-7 and the difference between CMS3411-7 and its maintainer 3411-7 in karyotype and biochemical are studied systemtically as well.
