| 摘 要： | 2020年6月,四川省宜宾市某从事山羊养殖的村民被诊断为布鲁氏菌病病例。为及时获得疫情发生发展情况和传播风险,科学处置疫情,通过现场走访、实验室检测等方式开展了畜间疫情调查,并制定了严格的疫情处置方案。调查发现:该养羊户13只存栏山羊中有4只存在布鲁氏菌感染;疫情来源可能是该养羊户从外地购入的未经检疫的患病羊只,且未经隔离就合群饲养导致疫病在群间传播;人员缺乏布鲁氏菌病防护意识,养殖过程中与病羊密切接触而被感染。本起疫情经采取全群扑杀并无害化处理、加强宣传、开展排查和消毒等处置措施后迅速得到有效控制,未发生扩散。本起疫情提示,须加强基层养殖户的布鲁氏菌病防治宣传,严格动物引入检疫和自身生物安全防护,这对防止布鲁氏菌病传入,保护人类健康至关重要。

| Abstract: | In June 2020,a farmer who engaged in goat farming in Yibin City of Sichuan Province was confirmed to have been infected with Brucella.In order to timely obtain the information concerning the occurrence and development of the outbreak as well as the risk of disease spreading,and scientifically make response thereto,an investigation was conducted by means of on-site visit,laboratory test,etc.,and a strict disposal plan was developed.It was investigated that 4 out of 13 goats kept by the farmer were infected with Brucella,which might be caused by the unquarantined sick goats purchased from other regions by the farmer and mixed into the previous goats without any isolation and quarantine;the farmer was infected through close contact with sick goats due to lack of protection awareness against brucellosis.The outbreak was effectively controlled without any spreading by taking a series of measures including culling the goats of whole herd,bio-safety disposal,strengthening publicity and carrying out screening and disinfection,etc.It was concluded that the prevention and control of brucellosis should be popularized for grass-roots farmers,entry animals should be strictly quarantined and bio-security protection should be well done,all of which were crucial to avoid any introduction of brucellosis and protect human health. |
