| 摘 要： | 研究了用高效液相色谱法同时测定6种重金属离子的方法。样品用二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠(NaDDTC)作柱前衍生,以Hypersil ODS2(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为固定相,甲醇∶水(体积比70∶30)为流动相进行分离测定。方法的日内相对标准偏差为0.17%-1.41%,日间相对标准偏差为5.28%-9.48%,标准回收率为90.1%-107.5%。

| Abstract: | A new method for simultaneous determination of Cd(Ⅱ),Pb(Ⅱ),Ni(Ⅱ),Cu(Ⅱ),Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) by reversed phase high-performance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) was studied.The heavy metal ions were derived by sodium diethyldithiocarbamate(NaDDTC) before it was analyzed.The chelates were successfully separated using a Hypersil ODS2 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) and using MeOH∶ H2O(70∶ 30) as mobile phase.The intra-day relative standard deviations were 0.17%-1.41%,the inter-day relative standard deviations were 5.28%-9.48% and the recovery rates were 90.1%-107.5%. |
