不同灌溉方式对云南大叶茶树生长发育及产量的影响研究

摘    要:为了探讨不同灌溉方式对云南大叶茶树生长发育及产量的影响,为云南茶园推广节水灌溉技术提供科学依据。笔者对微喷灌、滴灌、地面灌溉等灌溉方式在茶叶生产上的应用效果进行评价,从对茶树新梢生长影响来看,节水灌溉可加深叶色,增加芽头密度和百芽重;从对茶叶生化成分影响看,节水灌溉较地面灌溉能显著增加水浸出物、茶多酚、氨基酸、儿茶素、咖啡因等茶叶生化成分;从茶叶产量来看,节水灌溉能明显增加产量,增产幅度为5.34%~6.70%,其中以滴灌增产效果最佳;从茶叶产值效果来看,节水灌溉茶园较地面灌溉茶园可增加纯收入2 092.2~3 972.0元/hm2;茶园使用节水灌溉技术,具有明显的节水效果,节水率为33.33%~50.00%。

Abstract:In order to find the influences of different irrigation modes on the growth and output of large leaf tea in Yunnan province and provide scientific evidence for water saving irrigation technology in the tea yard of Yunnan province,this paper mainly evaluates the effects of micro sprinkling irrigation,drip irrigation and surface irrigation on tea production.From the aspect of the influences of irrigation modes on new shoot growth,water saving irrigation mode can deepen the color of leaves,and increase bud density and one-hundred-bud weight of teas;from the aspect of biochemical composition,water saving irrigation mode,compared with surface irrigation,can significantly increase tea ingredient like water extract,tea polyphenol,amino acid,catechin and caffeine;from the aspect of tea output,water saving irrigation can increase productivity by 5.34%~6.70%,and drip irrigation is the most effective one;from the aspect of economic benefits,compared with surface irrigation,the net income of a tea yard using water saving irrigation method could be increased by 2 092.2~3 972.0 Yuan/hm2;Applying water saving irrigation mode to tea yard can obviously save water by 33.33%~50.00%.
