| 摘 要： | 采用建模仿真技术进行汽车混流总装配线系统的改进与优化的关键之一是建立合理实用的生产线物流流程模型。本文提出用时间Petri网方法来建立单一车型的总装配线生产系统模型;对于中小型客车企业,提出用着色方法研究多种车型混流装配系统的建模,最终建立多种车型混流总装配线系统的时间着色Petri网模型并进行实例应用,证明应用该方法建模可行有效。该模型为今后进行进一步的系统性能分析奠定基础。

| Abstract: | In order to improve and optimize the system of automobile interflow assembly line using the modeling simulation technique,one of the keys is to establish reasonable and practical logistics procedure model of the production line.The model for the general assembly line production system of single vehicle type was established with the method of time Petri net in this paper.As to the middle and small scale bus companies,it was proposed to study the model of the mixed flow assembly system with multiple-type through coloring method.Finally,the modeling on the system of multiple-type automobile interflow assembly line by the means of time colored Petri net was set up and applied to actural condition,based on which the model was proved to be feasible and effective.The model laid foundation for further study on system performance analysis in future. |
