茄子自毒作用及控制途径的初步研究

摘    要:试验采用生物测定的方法,研究了茄子根系和叶片浸提液的自毒作用,并探讨了嫁接对茄子自毒作用的影响。结果表明,低浓度的茄子根系和叶片浸提液能促进茄子种子萌发和幼苗生长,而高浓度则表现为抑制作用,并且这种作用在茄子叶片浸提液中表现更为明显;嫁接能够在一定程度上缓解自毒作用的发生,有利于茄子幼苗的生长。

Abstract:By means of bioassay, autotoxicity of root systems and leaves extract of eggplant was studied, and the effects of grafting on autotoxicity were discussed. Results showed that at low concentration, extracts of eggplant's root systems and leaves could enhance seed germination and seedling growth. But at high concentration, seed germination and seedling growth were inhibited and this effect was more obvious in extracts of leaves. Grafting could weaken autotoxicity in a certain extent and was in favor of the growth of seedling.
