白壳蛋鸡与褐壳蛋鸡的综合效益比较

摘    要:通过对汕头地区饲养的白壳蛋鸡和褐壳蛋鸡的生产性能、生产效益,以及白壳蛋和褐壳蛋物理性状的比较,对适合汕头地区的蛋鸡品种及其经济效益进行了综合比较分析.结果表明,与褐壳蛋鸡相比,白壳蛋鸡料蛋比低,适合汕头地区规模化生产;市场上消费者对两种鸡蛋的消费取向不同,消费者多偏向于购买白壳蛋.建议汕头地区蛋鸡场应以饲养白壳蛋鸡为主,饲养褐壳蛋鸡作为市场补充和调节.

Abstract:The differences of area production performance,produclion efficiency between white shell layer and brown shell layer in Shantou area,and physical properties of white and brown shell eggs were compared.The results showed that the feed conversion rate of white shell layer was lower than that of brown shell layer.The white shell layer was more suitable for large-scale production in Shantou area.The consumer had a preference for eggs with white shell to those with brown shell.Therefore,the white shell layer should be fed as the main variety,and the brown shell layer could be the complementary and regulative variety for the egg market in Shantou area.
