不同竹种超短鞭育苗研究

摘    要:目的]为竹子的育苗和快速繁殖提供理论指导。方法]以黄条金刚竹、铺地竹、菲黄竹、红壳竹和毛竹为试材,通过育苗试验研究了埋鞭育苗法对竹子育苗成活率和生长情况的影响。结果]菲黄竹1、2、3节鞭段的平均成活率分别为50.0%、64.5%和71.1%,平均行鞭距离分别为23.4、38.1和41.4cm,苗高分别为5.7、9.0和9.4cm。铺地竹1、2、3节鞭段的平均成活率分别为50.0%、67.8%和91.1%,平均行鞭距离分别为22.4、44.1和71.9cm,苗高分别为5.2、8.4和8.2cm。黄条金刚竹1、2、3节鞭段的平均成活率分别为21.1%、63.3%和56.6%,平均行鞭距离分别为38.7、68.6和54.2cm ,苗高分别为6.5、10.8和12.2cm。红壳竹1、2、3节鞭段的平均成活率分别为35.0%、45.0%和68.8%,平均行鞭距离分别为0.3、4.4和50.8cm,苗高分别为13.3、25.6和24.2cm。毛竹1、2节鞭段没有成活苗,3节鞭段仅有3株成活苗。结论]除毛竹外,试验竹种的所埋鞭段越长育苗成活率越高;行鞭距离越远,育成竹苗越高。
