摘    要:以酸枣Ziziphus spinosus(Bunge)Hu.砧2年生金丝小枣Z.jujuba‘Jinsixiaozao’盆栽苗为试材,研究了NaCl胁迫对枣叶栅栏细胞超微结构的影响及增施可溶性硅(Si,0.040%)的效应,旨在进一步揭示枣树耐盐性与Si营养的关系。结果表明:0.30%NaCl胁迫165天后枣叶栅栏细胞超微结构产生了较明显伤害,0.50%NaCl胁迫165天则产生严重伤害;土壤施可溶性硅明显减轻前述盐胁迫对枣叶栅栏细胞超微结构的伤害,突出表现是叶绿体精细结构保持较好,淀粉粒、被膜泡囊等内含物增多。说明,提高土壤中生物有效硅水平,对盐胁迫特别是重度盐胁迫下枣树叶片栅栏细胞结构和功能具显著保护作用。

Abstract:The influence of salt stress on ultrastructure of palisade cells in the leaves of Ziziphus jujuba Mill.cv.Jinsixiaozao and the effect of silicon application were studied with two-year-old pot-cultured plants.Results showed that the ultrastructure of palisade cells in leaves was obviously injured under salt stress of 0.30% NaCl for 165 days and seriously injured under salt stress of 0.50% NaCl for 165 days.Soil application of soluble silicon(0.040%) evidently alleviated the stress symptoms of palisade cell u...
