藏药波棱瓜离体再生体系的建立

摘    要:由于长期对波棱瓜野生资源的采挖,使其现已濒临灭绝,通过组培快繁技术进行繁殖是解决波棱瓜资源短缺的有效途径之一.本试验以波棱瓜的顶芽为外植体进行离体培养与植株再生的研究.结果表明,波棱瓜的继代增殖以MS+1.5 mg.L-16-BA+0.05 mg.L-1NAA为宜,每个外植体可平均产生4.5个芽;生根培养基以1/2MS+1.0 mg.L-1IAA为宜,生根率达96%.

Abstract:Herpetospermum peduncutosum is dying out because of continuously digging. It is an efficiency way to solve resource lack by rapid-propagation technology of tissue culture. Callus was obtained from the terminal bud explants of H. peduncutosum on MS medium supplemented. Following subculture on MS medium supplemented with 1.5 mg·L~(-1) 6-BA and 0.05 mg·L~(-1) NAA. Each explant produced 4.5 shoots. The frequency of rooting was 96 % on 1/2 MS medium supplemented with 1.0 mg·L~(-1) IAA .
