| 摘 要： | 文章首先深入分析、总结了中国农村能源及生物质能的发展现状及存在的问题,接着就循环经济理论的提出与内涵进行了简要的论述,并据此就如何创新我国农村能源及生物质能的发展战略进行了初步的探讨,提出了若干对策建议。认为改革开放以来中国农村能源发展迅速,但以传统生物质能为主的农村能源开发利用迫切需要优化升级;解决中国农村能源问题,必须因地制宜大力发展现代生物质能等新能源与可再生能源,不断提高能源利用效率,进行一场新的农村能源利用与管理革命。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly analysed and discussed the development actuality and existent problems of rural energy in China.The origin,connotation and evolution of recycle economy were also described.On its basis strategy for rural energy and biomass energy development was discussed and some policy proposals were made.It was held that the rural energy had developed swiftly,and its produce amount,variety and structure had also changed tremendously since the Reform and Opening-up of China.Yet the exploitation of rural energy,mainly traditional biomass energy,had had harmful effect on the regional ecology,economy and social sustainable development.It was urgent to optimize rural energy.Therefore,it was necessary to develop new energy and renewable such as modern biomass energy,so as to resole the problem of rural energy. |
