西瓜根腐病菌的生物学特性

摘    要:对西瓜根腐病病原菌的生物学特性进行了研究,结果表明:西瓜根腐病病原菌生长温度范围是10~40℃,适宜生长温度为25~30℃;pH4~10范围内都能生长,适宜pH范围为7~10,最适pH为8;能够很好地利用多种碳源;适宜的氮源是硝态氮,而铵态氮不利于其生长。该病原菌的分生孢子在相对湿度达到90%的条件下,才有可能萌发,萌发的最适相对湿度是100%;分生孢子适宜萌发温度为25~30℃;分生孢子的最低致死温度为58℃,5min。

Abstract:Recent years,root rot of watermelon has caused more and more serious damage to watermelon production in some area of China.We studied the biological characteristics of the pathogen in order to provide the basis for the watermelon breeders to screen the resistant germplasm resources and select resistant watermelon cultivars to the disease.The results are showed as followThe temperature affects pathogen growth greatly,the range of temperature for the pathogen growth is 10~40℃,and the optimum is 30℃;The pathogen can grow at the range of pH4~10,and the optimum is pH8;It can utilize many kinds of carbon sources very well;Nitrogen nutrient has a strong effect on the growth of the pathogen,and nitrate-nitrogenNO3-N]is suitable for its growth,but ammonium-nitrogenNH4-N]does not favor the pathogen;Both the temperature and relative humidity are the key factors for the conidia germinating,and 100% and 25~30℃ are the optimal relative humidity and the optimal temperature for the conidia germinating,separately;The conidium lethal temperature is 58℃,5 minutes lasted.
