叶斑病胁迫对枇杷叶片活性氧代谢和叶绿素含量的影响

摘    要:研究了枇杷叶片受拟盘多毛孢菌侵染后活性氧代谢、叶绿素及可溶性蛋白质含量的变化,结果表明在枇杷叶斑病胁迫下,活性氧H2O2和MDA的含量分别提高了8.90%和29.66%,POD、CAT和SOD3种保护酶活性分别降低了30.90%、6.22%和19.73%,叶绿素a和叶绿素b的含量分别下降了11.18%和21.04%,而可溶性蛋白质的含量提高了39.17%。其中H2O2、MDA、POD、CAT和可溶性蛋白质的差异达到极显著水平。

Abstract:Loquat leaves infected by Pestalotiopisis eriobotryfolia were used as experimental materials to study the metabolism of activated oxygen, the content of chlorophyll and the soluble protein. The results showed that under leaf spot disease stress, the content of H2O2 and MDA in loquat leaves increased by 8.90% and 29.66% respectively; the enzymatic activities of POD, CAT and SOD decreased by 30.90% ,6.22% and 19.73 % respectively ; the content of chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b decreased by 11.18 % and 21.04% respectively; and the content of soluble protein increased by 39.17%. the difference of H2O2, MDA, POD, CAT and soluble protein were all up to the most significant level.
