青海扁茎早熟禾种子生长生理特性研究

摘    要:研究了青海扁茎早熟禾Poa pratensis var.anceps cv.Qinghai种子成熟过程中生长、生理特性的变化.结果表明,随成熟过程的推进,种子含水量呈逐渐降低的变化趋势,而种子干质量则逐渐增加;发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和种苗芽长均呈增加趋势,电导率呈持续下降趋势,脱氢酶含量呈先增后减变化,淀粉含量持续上升而可溶性糖含量则下降(P<0.05).由种子含水量、发芽活力和生理特性指标判定出的青海扁茎早熟禾种子生理成熟期分别为盛花期后第28天、第28-36天和24-28天.可见,青海扁茎早熟禾一般在盛花期后第28天,即种子含水量35%时成熟.

Abstract:The growth and physiological characteristics of Poa pratensis var.anceps cv.Qinghai during the process of seed development was investigated.The results indicated that,with the seed developing process progressed,the seed water content decreased,seed dry weight increased,and germination rate,germination index,vigor index as well as seedling length increased significantly(P<0.05);while seed electrical conductivity rate reduced constantly,dehydrogenate enzyme content increased firstly and then decreased,starch content increased and soluble carbohydrate content decreased(P<0.05).The seed maturity,which could be estimated by seed water content,germination vigor index and physiological characteristics,was 28,28-36 and 24-28 days after the flowering,respectively.Thus,seed maturity of P.pratensis var.anceps cv.Qinghai was 28 days after anthesis,when seed water content reached 35%.
