摘    要:采用单因子随机分组试验设计,将120羽艾维茵肉仔鸡初生母雏随机分为4组(每组30只,3个重复),在低磷、低钙(非植酸磷0.28%、钙0.80%)的玉米-大豆粕-鱼粉型饲粮基础上,比较了4个植酸酶添加水平400、500、6007、50 FTU/kg的饲喂效果.结果表明,各组间0-3周、3-6周和0-6周的所有增重指标均无显著差异(P>0.05),但400 FTU/kg添加组0-3周的末重(P=0.352)、增重(P=0.356)和耗料量(P=0.089)均有小于其他各组的趋势;500 FTU/kg添加组全期增重呈现较好的趋势(P=0.361).750 FTU/kg添加组的死淘率最低(10%);500 FTU/kg组未发生腿病.各组间胫骨相对重和脱水脱脂胫骨灰分含量的差异不显著(P>0.05).400、600FTU/kg组腹脂率(P=0.216)和5007、50 FTU/kg组胸肌率(P=0.282)呈较高的趋势.各组间血浆Hyp含量差异不显著(P>0.05);400FTU/kg组(P<0.01)、500 FTU/kg和600 FTU/kg组(P<0.05)血浆Ca浓度均显著高于750 FTU/kg组;500 FTU/kg组血浆P含量显著高于750 FTU/kg组(P<0.05).综合各项指标,植酸酶适宜添加量为500 FTU/kg.

Abstract:The random single factor group division method was used in the experiment,so as to study the effects of supplement with phytase at different levels on production performance in Avian broilers.A total of 120 pullets at 0-day-old of Avian broilers were randomly divided into four groups-30 broilers per treatment(group)with 3 replicates to investigate the feeding effects of a corn-soybean-fishmeal meal diet(with available P 0.28 % and Ca 0.80 %) supplemented with phytase at four levels(400 FTU/kg,500 FTU/kg,600 FTU/kg,750 FTU/kg) in chicks.The results indicated that all growth indexes were not affected(P>0.05) by the levels of supplementation during from d 0 to d 21,from d 22 to d 42,and from d 0 to d 42,but the final weight(P=0.352),gain weight(P=0.356),and feed intake(P=0.089) of supplementation of 400 FTU/kg were lower than the others;gain weight(P=0.361) of supplementation of 500 FTU/kg was higher than other three groups.Mortality and culling of 750 FTU/kg treatment was the lowest(10 %);no leg disease happened in groups of supplementation of 500 FTU/kg.Tibia weight(to live weight ratio),content of ash of dehydrated and degreased tibia were not affected by the levels of supplementation of phytase(P>0.05).That percentage of abdominal fat yield in groups of the 400 FTU/kg and 600 FTU/kg were higher(P=0.216),and percentage of breast muscle yield in groups of adding 500 FTU/kg and 750 FTU/kg were higher than other two groups.No significant difference(P>0.05) of hydroxyproline concentration in plasma displayed among four groups;calcium concentration in plasma of 400 FTU/kg was very significant higher(P<0.01) than level of 750 FTU/kg,calcium concentration in plasma of the levels of 500 FTU/kg and 600 FTU/kg were significant(P<0.05) higher than that of 750 FTU/kg;while phosphorus concentration of plasma in 500 FTU/kg group was significant higher(P<0.05) than that of 750 FTU/kg group(P<0.05).Results of present study indicated that suitable supplementation of phytase in broilers was 500 FTU/kg.
