泡桐花提取物广谱抑菌性能的研究

摘    要:随着科技的进步和人们生活水平的提高,食品防腐问题越来越受到大家的关注。近年来,人们逐渐发现化学防腐剂对人体健康存在巨大的危害,于是开始致力于绿色、安全、广谱、高效的天然防腐剂的开发。本研究以黑曲霉、桔青霉、黑根霉、米曲霉、绿色木霉、大肠杆菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和肠炎沙门氏菌为供试菌种,采用菌丝生长速率法和滤纸片扩散法研究了其抑菌性能。结果表明:泡桐花无水乙醇提取物具有广谱的抗菌性能,对黑曲霉、米曲霉、黑根霉和绿色木霉的EC50值分别为7.33 g·L-1、14.15 g·L-1、13.11 g·L-1和9.71 g·L-1,对枯草芽孢杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、沙门氏菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)值分别为5.0 g·L-1、10.0 g·L-1和10.0 g·L-1,最低杀菌浓度(MBC)值分别为10.0 g·L-1、20.0 g·L-1和20.0 g·L-1。综上所述,泡桐花对食品防腐中常见的菌种具有较强的抑制活性,是一种质优价廉的材料,作为天然食品防腐剂具有很大的开发潜力。

Study on Broad Spectrum Antimicrobial Properties of the Extractive of Fortune Paulownia Flower

Abstract:With the progress of science and technology and the improvement of people's living level,food antiseptic problem is drawing more and more attention. Recent years,people gradually realized that chemical anticorrosion does great harm to human health,so people commit to natural preservatives,which are green,safe,of broad spectrum and more effective. In this study,we investigated the antimicrobial activity of saffron lateral bud and perianth extractives by filter paper dispersion and mycelial growth ratio methods to the tested microorganisms including Escherichia coli,Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,Salmonella enteritidis,Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Asppergillus niger,Penicillium citrinum,Rhizopus nigricans,Aspergillus oryzae and Trichoderma viride,respectively. The result showed that: fortune paulownia flower extract by absolute ethyl alcohol had a wide antimicrobial spectrum. The EC50 value of Asppergillus niger,Aspergillus oryzae,Rhizopus nigricans and Trichoderma viride,was 7. 33 g·L^-1,14. 15 g·L^-1,13. 11 g·L^-1 and 9. 71 g·L^-1,respectively. The MIC value of Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,and Salmonella enteritidis was 5. 0 g·L^-1,10. 0 g·L^-1 and 10. 0 g·L^-1,respectively. The MBC value of Bacillus subtilis,Staphylococcus aureus,and Salmonella enteritidis was 10. 0 g·L^-1,20. 0 g·L^-1 and 20. 0 g·L^-1. It was concluded that fortune paulownia flower had extensive application prospects,as they are potentially more efficient and cheap raw materials for natural food antiseptic.
