| 摘 要： | 谷子在陇中地区具有悠久栽培历史,其生育特性与陇中地区降雨特点相吻合,是谷子在陇中地区很早栽培并能够长期扎根的原因.在谷子的种植实践中,陇中民众摸索出了一套行之有效的方法,其中壤谷就是一种古老的镇压保墒措施,目前正面临着失传.由此可以得出谷子种植是陇中地区精耕细作的典范、农业发展需要把传统耕作措施与现代科技成果有机结合起来、需要加强农业文化遗产的保护与传承等方面进行了思考.

| Abstract: | Millet has a long history of cultivation in the regions of Gansu, which reproductive characteristics coincides with Middle of Gansu rainfall characteristics, that＇s the reason why millet has been cultivated in Gansu for long time. People worked out a set of effective methods in the practice of planting mlllet, stepping millet be one of methods, facing loose line of planting methods. It can be concluded that millet is grown in intensive model agricultural development in the region of Gansu, which needs to combine traditional farming with modem technology together, awareness on protection of agriculture and heritage aspects need to strengthen. |
