| 摘 要： | 选取健康、体况良好、体格大小相近的波德代种公羊6只,分为运动与不运动两组,试验期6d,研究运动状态对绵羊精液品质的影响.结果表明：波德代种公羊平均每次采精量为1.33土0.08 mL,平均精子活率84.24±1.76,平均密度为38.06±2.55亿个/mL,精子畸形率平均为2.64±0.23％.在公羊运动与不运动状态下活率之间差异显著（P＜0.05）,而射精量、畸形率、密度之间差异不显著（P＞0.05）;对精液品质特性进行相关性分析发现精子密度与畸形精子率呈显著负相关（P＜0.05）,其他指标之间相关性不显著（P＞0.05）.

| Abstract: | Pick to.. health, body condition is good, size of similar bode DaiZhong six RAMS, divided into two groups, movement and don＇t exercise 6 days of the trial period, to study the effect of motion on sheep semen quality. Results show that the bode DaiZhong ram, on average, each time by precise was 1.33 ＋ / - 0.08 ml, live sperm rate was 84.24 ＋ / - 1.76% on average, the average density of 38.06 ＋ / - 255 million/ml, sperm malformation rate was 2.64 ＋ / - 0.23% on average. In the ram movement and not exercising state significant difference between live rate （P 〈 0.05）, and volume of ejaculation, deformity rate, density difference between was not significant （P 〉 0.05） ; Correlation analysis was carried out on the semen quality characteristics, discovered that sperm density and abnormal sperm rate were significantly negative correlation （P 〈 0.05）, other indexes between the correlation was not significant （P 〉 0.05）. |
