| 摘 要： | 找出重庆丰都县某肉牛场肉犊牛呼吸道病的病原,从肉犊牛的鼻分泌物和肺组织共分离到24株细菌,经形态特征、培养特性、生化试验、致病性试验及16S rRNA鉴定,结合临床症状和病理变化,证实该肉牛场肉犊牛呼吸道病是由奇异变形杆菌、产生碱杆菌和普罗威登斯菌混合感染所致;通过药敏试验证实,分离菌对头孢曲松等大部分头孢类药物、呋喃妥因、氨曲南和亚胺培南敏感性极高.

| Abstract: | 24 strains bacteria were isolated from the nasal secretions swabs and lung tissue collected by the cattle farm of Fengdu. Through the cultural characteristics , biochemical tests, cultural character, pathogenicity test and identification of 16S rRNA, combined with clinical signs and pathological changes, it had been comfirmed that the cattle pneumonia in the cattle farm was mixed infected by the Proteus mirabilis, Alcaligenes and Providencia. The three kinds isolated bacteria showed very high sensitivity on the part of the Cephalosporin drugs such as Ceftriaxone. Nitrofurantoin, Aztreonam and Imipenem by the medicine sensitive tests. |
