| 摘 要： | 本试验采用改良的Ｈｕｎｇａｔｅ厌氧操作技术与ＭＰＮ法，测定了二种水稻田中产甲烷菌数量，同时分离纯化了占优势的液泡甲烷八叠球菌和嗜树木甲烷短杆菌。

| Abstract: | The methanogens population were determined in two paddy soils by improved Hungate method and MPN enumeration method. Results indicated that the number of methanogenic bacteria in rice paddies reached a maximum in the tilleting stage of the rice plant. The predominant methanogens in paddy soils were Methanosarcina Vaculata and Methanobrevibacter arboriphilicus. |
