| 摘 要： | 依据中国期刊全文数据库收录的有关数字图书馆著作权的论文信息,综述11年间有关数字图书馆著作权的研究状况。从我国的相关法律、法规、数字图书馆侵犯作者权利所包括的方面以及在数字图书馆在解决作者著作权问题上应采取的措施几个方面阐述一些有代表性的观点。
