| 摘 要： | 对梅花（朱砂）离体培养中的腋芽增殖特性进行了研究。结果表明：不同种类培养基及不同的激素组合对腋芽的生长、增殖影响较大；适当减少培养基中大量元素用量有利于芽的生长和增殖；在培养基中添加少量激动素（KT）有利于芽的生长、增殖和根的形成。

| Abstract: | Effect of culture condition on tissue culture of Prumus Mume cv. Zhu Sha were studied. The result indicated that effect of different media and combination of phytohormones on axilliary bud growth and increment were obvious. It was discovered to have an effect on bud growth and increment that reduce the main inorganic element content of the media. It was beneficial to bud growth and increment or root develop that add some Kt in the medium. |
