| 摘 要： | 作者通过对乡村社区图书馆文献采集、分类编目、读者资源 、资金筹集、流通阅览管理的研究，提出了乡村社区图书馆的管理模式，并认为管理的关键是增加图书馆的造血功能，使之能以馆养馆，实现乡村社区图书馆的繁荣与发展。
