| 摘 要： | 壳聚糖具有良好的止血功能,可制成粉末、液体、纤维、凝胶及多孔材料用于各种类型的伤口止血,还可与一种或几种其它高分子材料复合,或是通过化学修饰制备衍生物增强其止血性能,促进伤口愈合。介绍了国内外有关壳聚糖应用于医疗伤口止血材料方面的最新研究成果及家蚕蛹壳壳聚糖的提取与应用前景。
