摘    要:以马铃薯渣和农作物秸秆为原料进行糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)栽培试验。结果表明:当马铃薯渣(折合干重)和秸秆(玉米芯)质量比为1∶2时,出菇潮次多、产量高、生物转化率高且商品品质好。

Abstract:Substrates containing potato residue(remaining after starch extraction) mixed with soybean straw or corn cobs were used to cultivate Pleurotus ostreatus.Mushroom fruit body yields and quality were highest with composts consisting of potato residue and either soybean straw or corn cobs in a 1∶2 ratio(dry weight),supplemented with 1% gypsum,1% lime,0.4% urea and 0.01% carbendazim.Using these compost formulations,recorded fruit body yields and quality were similar to control cultivations employing a substrate consisting of 83% broadleaf sawdust,15% wheat bran,1% gypsum,1% lime and 0.01% carbendazim.
