| 摘 要： | 采用光镜、电镜及特殊染色技术对4例确诊为犬细小病毒病的藏獒进行了病理学研究.结果表明:病变主要集中在肠道、肠系膜淋巴结以及心脏;整个肠黏膜上皮广泛变性、坏死脱落,肠绒毛裸露,肠腔中有大量变性、坏死、脱落的上皮细胞及炎性渗出物,肠黏膜固有层充血、出血,并有大量炎性细胞浸润,肠黏膜上皮杯状细胞程度不等的增生;肠系膜淋巴结出血、淋巴细胞坏死及急性淋巴结炎;心肌纤维程度不等变性、坏死、崩解,肌纤维间程度不等的水肿及炎性细胞渗出;其他各器官还可见程度不等的淤血、出血、变性、坏死及炎性细胞浸润.

| Abstract: | Four Tibetan mastiffs diagnosed to be canine parvovirus were studied using the light microscope and electron microscope as well as special stain technique.It was found that the mainly pathological changes occurred in the intestines,mesenteric lymph node and heart.Necrosis in intestinal tract was extensive.There were a number of deciduous epithelia on intestinal villi and inflammatory exudation in enteric cavity,lots of inflammatory cells in lamina propria.The mesenteric lymph node appeared acute lymphangitis.Denaturation and necrosis,with intercellular substance edema and inflammatory cells exudation in the myocardial fibers was found;There were degrees of congestion,hemorrhage and degeneration,necrosis and inflammatory cells infiltration in others organs.In the electron microscope,it was also found that cardiac muscle fiber occurred swell and fracture,cross striation disappear,mitochondria swell and disintegration.So the pathological changes of Tibetan mastiff's canine parvovirus disease were enteritis,with pathological changes of cardiac muscle. |
